These people are horrible at customer service. Once you have a policy good luck at getting anything handled regarding their service. They DO NOT return calls. Having an issue with SR 22 policy and cant get any help. Seriously do NOT USE THEM IF YOU NEED AN SR 22. TWICE WE HAVE RECIEVED LETTERS FROM THE DPS SAYING THE POLICY THEY ARE GIVING ME IS NOT AN ACCEPTED POLICY SO CALLED THEM TO SEE WHY THEY SOLD A POLICY THAT IS NOT ACCEPETED AND CANT GET ANYWHERE.
