I want to warn others about my experience with this title company, particularly because we had major issues on two separate closing transactions. 1.     Incorrect Mortgage Payoff In one closing, the HUD showed that the full mortgage payoff had been sent. However, the amount paid to the lender was short because the payoff was not properly verified. This error resulted in nearly $3,000 in tax refunds being withheld, and the responsibility for the mistake was placed on us instead of being addressed directly. 2.     Unpaid Insurance Fee In another transaction, an insurance fee that should have been paid at closing was overlooked. As a result, we had to pay approximately $2,400 out of pocket to resolve the issue. These repeated mistakes caused unnecessary stress and financial loss. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend  not using  this company as we  found that errors were not acknowledged and were instead attributed to us. Additionally, our interactions with the owner  Courtney raised concerns about absolute lack of customer service and attention to detail since she was extremely  disrespectful condescending and rude. In our experience, communication was unprofessional and did not reflect the level of care expected in real estate transactions. For our future transactions, we are definitely taking our business elsewhere.

This company came recommended to us by an agent and unfortunately, our experience was unpleasant to say the least. We had a “team” of six individuals who could not communicate properly amongst themselves, let alone us. Legal documents were not accurate at the time of signing, emails went unanswered and as new investors we felt undervalued. We will be avoiding this company for our next upcoming purchase.
