Wish I could give 0 stars when I signed up I was told they were blue cross blue shield until I completed the signing up process and got the email that said they were a different company. I immediately called back to cancel they said I couldn’t and charged me 390 bucks charged me a month later for the same when I did not sign up for automatic bill pay was told again I couldn’t cancel so I cancelled my debit card for a new one. 3 months later they said I could cancel but they won’t refund me because it was after 30 days yet I was told I couldn’t. Save yourself a headache and don’t get them. Also 3 months later they never sent an insurance card.

This looks s a scam!! They told me my insurance for $69 a month. I jumped on it. They told me I couldn’t use insurance for the first 30 days on the 31st day they billed me for $262.85. Try to get a refund but they told me that I only had 30 days to get a refund. They also charge me $387 on the first month. This is a scam! They do not answer their phones. I was on hold for over two hours waiting for somebody to come back on the phone no one answered. I made repeated phone calls to try and get someone to answer. They would put me on hold for 30 minutes at a time. They said that it would take 7 to 10 days to cancel but when I called back, they said they haven’t finished the process. They’re waiting for us. I guess another to come out. I wish I could do zero stars because they are not even worth 1

Paid around $300 for insurance and then charged 5-DAYS later for the policy if $272.90 for my son and I and they sent us a single card a month later with no prescription cards. Coming to find out no one uses this type of insurance and it’s based out of Florida and I live in Texas. My plan was through “First Health Network” which is a real company in Florida, however if it’s through Innovative Partners it is not legit. PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR DEBT CARD AND RUN! 🏃‍♀️ 💨
