If I could rate a 0 it would be too much!!!! Very disappointed with services. I did not approve to continue homeowners insc. services but was charged anyways. After multiple attempts of trying to get refund, I have been lied to over and over on 4 occasions. Give it 7-15 days, give it up to 30 days and now having to have check reissued after not receiving it in 20 + days from Bedford, Tx and I'm a 3 hr drive away. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM, THEY DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN SERVICE!!!!! I bet the check was never issued.🤔

Someone using this insurance was trying to hack my credit card to use to pay for this insurance. I go notification from my bank immediately and declined. This insurance should stop accepting card that’s not the same name on their file as registered person.

We're customers up here in Massachusetts. We had a lightning strike destroy our well pump. We're the 13th customer that had the same issue. My mom put in a claim with them to see if the insurance would cover any/all charges for a new well pump. I have my toddler with us and it's been over a week without water and hearing back from them. We called today and we were told either later today or tomorrow. Just more run around. We're looking into a new insurance company.
