I’ve been having insurance here for years. Julian is a great person he will always help you out find insurance never has failed me. Even though insurance has gone up the help he promises still makes it happen.

first off two different girls picked up the phone laughing in the back ground. Next I went through the process of getting insurance I had to tell the girl 10 times the address over again and over again. Then she read it back to me correctly I paid for the insurance and waited for the information in the mail like she told me. She sent me a email with the correct information. 34 days pass I never received anything in th mail I called magnum back again and they tell me insurance has been canceled because I never paid the first month. I asked the guy now, to check th address. All the information was wrong she lied to me and sent me a fake corrected copy of the insurance to my email. Now I tried for the last time to fix the issue because I already paid a non refundable deposit to magnum. The guys tell me I have to go through some paper work and everything will be back on and ready to go with the insurance. After we did the paper work he tells me I have to apply again for insurance and give another deposit because it’s was after 30 days. His attitude on the phone was like he didn’t care if they messed up the information, I had to reapply again so he lied to me also about me being able to reinstate my insurance. This is the worse customer service ever if I could I would give them negative stars.

I actually absolutely love this company they're very helpful they try to help everybody with their situation and make sure everyone stays covered they give you calls before your payment is due as a friendly reminder which is always helpful Julius and his team is very good
