100 percent a rip off company DO NOT USE!!!! They would not cover my 70 year old mothers transmission, she has been paying this insurance company for a good year or better and they denied coverage after she had a very well known reputable transmission mechanic talk with them and tell them that her car needs a transmission!!! They acted like they know more about cars then the damn mechanic .. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I have a Kia Sorrento that Kia put a towing package on when I purchased it new. My transmission guy showed the inspector yesterday the problem with the transmission. And he proceeded to take pictures and today I get a call and they tell me that the pictures don’t lie and that there’s nothing wrong with my transmission even though when I drive it it slips. They told me because I pulled a small pontoon boat for about three or four different times that The torque converter should have metal in it, but my transmission guy says that’s not always true…. They will not even Reconsider the issue they just denied me and now I’m responsible for having my transmission put back together and paying this transmission guy!!! Thank you, Integrity you screwed me!!!!!
