I’m a current customer of this insurance company. My carrier name is LCF a transportation LLC. Sometimes like today I feel frustrated because when I need a document right away to be able to get a load they take forever to send it. It is a pain to be able to communicate with them when you must need it. I just waste my time and diesel and putting miles on my equipment for nothing. There’s always someone that miss work or they are busy doing other stuff and we lost our load because of this. Same thing with the payment, I had an issue with them months ago because the person that supposed to set my account didn’t do it. From my point of view and experience they are very irresponsible and disorganized.
