I would give zero stars if possible due to the treatment. I recently had an unfortunate experience with iSURE Insurance Agency. The agent I spoke with, Blake Thermilus, claimed to be the "owner" of the agency but was exceptionally rude and failed to update my information correctly. During our conversation, a woman in the background, who seemed to be the actual owner, spoke with a disrespectful tone. When I inquired about her identity, she refused to provide her name. Despite my efforts, the agency did not update my address or information as requested, nor did they follow up on the necessary formation. They seem to work with lower-rated insurance companies that also exhibit a lack of follow-up. The staff at iSURE Insurance Agency were unprofessional and unhelpful, displaying a worrying lack of knowledge about insurance. They gave out incorrect information and seemed unaware of the differences between HO3, HO2, and HO6 Texas policies, as well as basic coverage details. When I requested an address update, the customer service representative assured me it would be done, yet they claimed they never received the update when I contacted them again in November 2023. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend iSURE Insurance Agency based on their lack of professionalism and poor service.

We got this insurance through our mortgage. They look for excuses for you to file a claim. 0 communication skills. Worst company ever. We are switching over to a trusted insurance company.
