I needed my car insured, and the man in the back kept trying to manipulate me into getting liability instead of full coverage. His attitude plain and simple gave me the vibe like he didn't want to help me. He waisted my time for a bit just so that he can tell me he can't help me yet till a later date as if he was looking for a way no to help. That could have been told to me or my mother in the very beginning when we asked by phone. We went somewhere else and told them my situation and they helped in a heartbeat so my mom and I switched to the other place that was more helpful.

I needed medical power of attorney for my elderly mom and they offered to come to the car, so my mom didn't have to get out. We decided to go in, we were greeted kindly and professionally. The process was efficient and priced economically. I'd called 2 previous places, the 1st one was expensive and the 2nd one didn't even answer.
