I have been with this company for many years. Lately they have not been answering their phone during business hours. I have tried several times this week to get important insurance business completed, so I can sleep at night. I want to be with a company that cares about my security and insurance needs ASAP! We have to have insurance. I take these things seriously but it seems like this company either is too busy for my needs, or they are short staffed or they just don't care. I'm still,waiting for a call back since 0940 am. Time for me to move on.
