Had them for year's. New Employees came along and who I dealt with could careless to get me something affordable and what was best for me. More of oh well that's all we offer take it or don't. Took my business else where. I completely understand rates change based off your records and etc but the customer services was terrible with the Employee I had to deal with. Grateful for the good year's but it was time for a change I guess.
