I attended a talk they did at the local library about budgeting. Seemed very professional and on the ball. However when I tried engaging their services it became apparent they were not. Repeatedly stopped communicating for months at a time. Signed me up for cashflow coaching but the staff member facilitating it left part way through. Expensive and didn't achieve the outcome as outlined. Was told they would make contact when she returned approx 6 months went by with no contact. Made contact and a few weeks later I got an appointment with a higher up. Needed to reschedule due to ill health was told the would be in touch which they never were. Asked me to provide up to date details for services I wasn't provided with. Was liaising with someone to rectify the issues who also stopped responding. Save yourself time, stress and money and go elsewhere. Particularly if you have limited income they just aren't interested.
