I could not recommend Jansen Int'l more highly. I got them involved almost immediately when 2 trees sliced through my house and it then flooded during a windstorm. The attention to detail, skill and knowledge they had when dealing with my insurance company were phenomenal. I am a lawyer but even with my legal training I could never have accomplished what they did: the ultimate resolution was around 8x what the insurance company first suggested as "appropriate" reimbursement. They even extracted coverage for the cost of professional home organizers to help me with the move back in! I started with Russell Stewart and then Dan Stauffer stepped in and took over all the day-to-day communicating and calculating, constantly coming up with ideas to best substantiate the true loss I had suffered. Without his suggestions I would have lost out on much that I was rightly owed from the insurance company. We we're there when the lightning struck. Most of the community heard the lightning. Generations of memories lost and our home utterly destroyed. The house burned for three days. Jansen was there on day two and stayed with us each step of the way. We may not be in a new home yet but they made sure we git every penny that was owed to us. They wouldn't take a dime more then what they were owed. I respect that kind of integrity. Wish more businesses conducted themselves with such professionalism and compassion.
