I visited Joe Myers Ford on 5/12/26 to purchase a 2026 Bronco, and the experience was excellent. We were greeted by William Garret, who made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He was professional, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the purchase.
Michael Lopez was also very helpful during the financing process and made everything easy to understand. From the time we arrived until we drove out with my Bronco, the entire process took about four hours, which was a great experience for buying a new vehicle. I appreciate the excellent customer service from both William and Michael and would definitely recommend Joe Myers Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I would not recommend this dealership’s service department.
My truck was in their shop for two months, and I still do not understand why the process took that long when I had a Platinum extended warranty that was supposed to help make covered repairs easier and more efficient.
When I finally got my truck back, I found damage that was not there when I dropped it off. The passenger-side A-pillar grab handle was broken, including the trim piece and mounting hardware.
The interior was also returned filthy. The steering wheel, center console, radio controls, climate controls, grab handle, and other panels were covered in greasy fingerprints and grime from the technicians handling the inside of the truck. After keeping my vehicle for two months, they could not even take a few minutes to clean up the mess they left behind.
Waiting two months despite having a Platinum warranty was frustrating enough, but returning my truck damaged and dirty was completely unacceptable. I expected professional workmanship and respect for my property, but I received neither. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this service department.
