I was referred to John by a business partner, and was hesitant to contact him after reading the only review he has here online. I did it anyway because it's super unusual for this person to refer me to anyone bad. I'm glad I did. I'm purchasing my first commercial property and needed commercial insurance. John went over all of the basics with me, and then even said I would probably save money by going with my current liability instance company instead. Then, he went on to tell me what I want to look for when getting a quote from them. He didn't have to do that. He was loosing money trying to do what was best for me. I'm not sure why the other reviewer had such a bad experience with John, but that was nothing like what my experience was. If anything ever changes with my current insurance company I will certainly be looking to John for any future insurance needs. There's a reason I was referred to him for being "the best that I have ever had" when my partner sent me his way. Thanks John!!

Wow, what a surprise. After a nice conversation with John of about 10 min he asked me for my social security number. I wanted his information first... he hung up on me. I called back and asked "did you just hang up on me?" and he, without letting me explain hung up again. Said I was brow beating him? What? I just wanted to confirm who he was... Ok, not sure how that happened? Maybe he was having a bad day, but until I verify who I am talking to on the phone I don't give a social security number. Advise to proceed with caution! If he is this moody and will hang up on a potential client... scary... Cheers!
