I had the pleasure of speaking with this agency today as a contractor for a mutual customer of ours. Our mutual customer is having a big issue with their claim on a policy that was initiated by the John Lee Insurance Agency. The customers are elderly and are looking for help that I as the contractor cannot legally provide. After explaining the issue to the agency, their answer was "Since they are currently not a customer we're not going to provide any help. Go ahead and complain to whoever you need to." I have this on a recorded phone call. This is a claim for a policy that John Lee Insurance agency wrote and sold, yet they are unwilling to provide help because our mutual customer is not actively giving them money. I've dealt with many insurance agencies over the last 10 years with this exact same scenario, and the agents are always willing to provide the help they can because they sold the policy. If you want an agency they doesn't provide help when you need it, and also doesn't care about you at all, this seems to be the agency to hire.
