I worked with Andy Ward, Sales Manager and Mike Tubbs, Sales Consultant. They took the time to answer all my questions and Mike was truly patient and let me drive at least 5 Broncos without making me feel pressured to hurry up and decide on which trim level I wanted. It was the most enjoyable car-buying experience I've had in awhile. I also want to thank Mike for coming in on his day off to help me even though I was willing to wait. He took his time and ensured I was comfortable with all the new features before I drove off the lot in my 2026 Ford Bronco Outer Banks...I love her!!!

I originally went to my local dealership but was not satisfied when it came down to what they said they would offer me for my trade online versus what they wanted to give me when I went in. I asked for a couple of changes to made on their worksheet and for a clean updated copy but the sales consultant was only able to get someone in the glass "oval office" to write a dollar figure in green marker with no breakdown of anything.
