Hailey is horrible to work with! I requested for a commercial insurance termination since 3/30 however i kept getting push back on refund (they said it takes 3-4months to do the calculation). I keep getting excuses about the broker not have complete their part. I had to personally call the broker, and i was able to get the refund send to the agency the same day. A week later, Hailey still have not return my refund that's over 4k and has not given me the billing breakdown documents I have requested a week ago. It is highly unprofessional to take commission but not do the work right. I am highly disappointed with the work ethic
