I am very disappointed with the level of organization surrounding this Washington, D.C. trip. Families have invested significant time and money into this experience, and we expected a well-planned itinerary that maximized the students’ opportunities to learn and explore. The travel arrangements were equally concerning. A simple review of the flight itinerary should have identified that a 25-minute connection window for a group of approximately 30 travelers was unrealistic and carried a high risk of failure. As a result, the group missed the connection, creating significant disruption and stress for both students and chaperones. The subsequent rebooking process resulted in the group being separated and arriving through different airports, which complicated transportation, supervision, and logistics.
Unfortunately, today’s schedule included attractions and destinations that were not even open during the time students were expected to visit them. This resulted in confusion, wasted time, and missed opportunities to experience other sites that could have been properly planned and coordinated.

As a group leader since 2014, I can attest to the high quality of service from Joshua Expeditions. The planning of trips to various destinations is expedited by knowledgeable trip coordinators. They who work with us to create unique educational travel experiences suitable to the different grade levels of the trips. Accommodations are convenient and comfortable. Meal locations are varied and of good quality. Transportation is safe and secure. Tour guides provide in-depth knowledge about what the students are experiencing. Problem solving of issues which arise during trips are expeditiously and properly resolved. We have experienced a variety of unique learning experiences which JE has provided for our students enrichment. Our school will continue the long tradition of our trips with Joshua Expeditions. I strongly encourage others to consider using Joshua Expeditions. Students, teachers, and parents all will benefit from these experiences of a lifetime.

Huge thank you to Joshua Expeditions. They have been fantastic to work with as I am now planning our 3rd art history trip to Europe. Julie Woodward, Andrew Estes and Jessica Floe worked tirelessly to customize the experience I envisioned for my students. After our art history class, students visit the great masterpieces. I love watching my students come alive with excitement as they stand in front of these treasures! Our guide, Jessica, provided an outstanding cultural experience including history, art, food, current events, and spiritual life of the countries we visited. Joshua Expeditions even coordinated with a church in Rome to partner with so the students could serve and love others in that country. I would not return for the 3rd trip if I felt the students did not receive a "trip of a lifetime experience." Again, thank you, Joshua Expeditions!
