This was the sloppiest closing I've ever participated in. The closing was set to occur before Thanksgiving, but did not close until right before Christmas. Two stars only because after involving myself in making multiple corrections on their paperwork, the closing finally occurred. Promised dates but on my follow up, it did not appear they did what they said they would do. Poor communication between company and their notaries--at one point a witness was calling me upset telling me that the notary was refusing to get her signature because the Title company had blocked the order--they denied and said it wasn't their responsibility. They were not going to send the documents for preview--a good thing they did because they misspelled one of the parties name--instead using a derogatory word instead. After pointing out to them the correct spelling it took THREE additional rounds of looking at their corrections before it was correct--the last name consisted of four letters. Language in the warranty that incorrectly characterized the relationship of the parties. Had a hard time keeping track of documents and information. I emailed wiring instructions early when I thought we would be closing, and reminded them they had x2 before closing, but then the day after closing they were calling around trying to get wiring instructions. Showed up to closing and some documents I was to sign were still watermarked "DRAFT". Not organized, not detail oriented. After dealing with multiple, multiple errors they did not ever own responsibility or apologize. If you have the misfortune to deal with this company you should insist on reviewing documents before showing up for closing.

By far the best title company I have ever used (I have used over 10). My team Closes over five deals every month with them. Most of these deals are foreclosures and are on tight timelines. We rely on them heavily to get the title process done. They have never failed us. I can’t recommend them enough
