I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance company. The front desk staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. Their attitude made the entire process frustrating and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this company to others.

First time getting insurance on my own, wasn’t sure where to start. Saw an ad so I called them, I could tell they were busy, I kept hearing phones ringing, but they were so patient and answered all my questions and helped me better understand exactly what I was looking for and in my budget!

From the very start, I had a kid on the phone (I'm assuming someone's son) who obviously treated his job as a joke. Be prepared to be talked to extremely unprofessionally, and put on hold where you can hear him laughing & doing other things in the background. As the customer, you are treated as a nuisance, treated with disdain, and always get a voicemail when you need to speak to an agent. If I could give this agency zero stars I would. I wish I'd switched years ago. The response from this kid was when I said I no longer needed or wanted their services was"Okay i'm good. We ain't got time to get to every single person. sorry." He then proceeded to send screenshots of graphs of how well their business was doing without me. If this is a family business, he's killing your business off.
