I give Lori Long 5 stars! As a real estate agent, I've worked with many title companies and escrow officers. I strongly believe we should give credit where its due and make a point to compliment others. Lori is diligent! She went out of her way to help me and point me in the right direction when I needed help. Quite frankly, she had no obligation to do so, and I'm guessing an escrow officer as great as her is always busy. They didn’t let me know what time my closing was, I had to ask. They assured me that my funds would arrive today, and my mortgage would be paid off today. Neither is true. They did not call to let me know that the closing was completed. The funds are not in my bank account. I don’t know if the funds were not wired today, or if my bank rejected them, or if they were stolen. And I have to wait all weekend to find out Monday morning.
