While my initial experience with Brian was positive, my recent experience has been entirely unacceptable. I recently secured a contract that required an updated Certificate of Insurance (COI). I attempted to contact Brian repeatedly over four consecutive days via phone and text message, but received no response.
I eventually visited the office in person and spoke with a representative who assured me that Brian would contact me shortly. Despite following up with that representative, I received no further communication. When I contacted Goosehead Corporate, I was informed that the agency does not handle third-party policies and that someone would reach out to me. When I attempted to call Brian once more, he diverted my call to voicemail and sent a brief text stating he would call later, which he failed to do.
As a direct result of this lack of communication and professionalism, I have lost a significant business contract. I am extremely disappointed in this level of service and will be seeking insurance coverage elsewhere. I strongly suggest you stay away from this Agent. If you take a few seconds to read some of his other reviews, I am NOT the first guy he has done this to!!

Grossly incompetent and dishonest! KEEP AWAY!!!
Brian and GOOSEHEAD INSURANCE cannot read and comprehend plain English. He jacked up the price of my home and car insurance over years, the home insurance increased by 30% without having any claims. When I asked him, his answer was "this is the market". He offered one of his "buddies" to replace my roof although I had no issues with my roof just to commit insurance fraud. When I denied it, he said "there is nothing else he can do".
I found another agency with better coverage without paying the 30% increase in premium.
Finally, I decided to cancel my policy with him and clearly stated in my email the last effective date. He cancelled it a day early and my mortgage company charged me for one day on coverage. He refused to take any responsibility for this!
Brian and Goosehead insurance do not care about their clients! KEEP AWAY AND DO NOT BUY ANY POLICIES FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE! YOU WILL BE DONE WRONG OVER AND OVER AGAIN!
I reached out to him and gave him a chance to make this right; he lied to me saying that he talked to me and advised me not to cancel my policy one day early. I have not talked to him about this; all communication was via email. I clearly stated I will not renew my policy, and the last effective date was the last day on the policy.

I received very poor service from Brian Kimberlin.
He did not bother to respond to my request for help despite my reaching out to him multiple times.
Now I am informed that my home insurance coverage is cancelled. This is after Brian informed me that my condo insurance coverage is good to go.
So unprofessional. I’ve requested to change agents.
To the business owner: Actions speak louder than words. Your apology is acceptable, but it would have been better if your conduct reflect it.
