No appreciation for customers, they take your money then to hell with you. I liked kubota and was interested in two tractors one at my summer home and one at my winter home but after buying an implement and dealing with them I'm done, to hell with them I'll never buy from them I highly encourage you to avoid them. Receipt is at summer home so can't supply at this time, it was a large implament purchase paid off in full.

Will do nothing in regards to how dealerships treat their customers. Berend Brothers in Witicha falls Texas for example. Especially if you're a (non) yt women. Don't bother calling customer service dept. If!!! You contact them numerous times, maybe 3 months later someone will reply asking what the issues are? Even tho every phone call and email include all that information. $30,000 down the drain. Will never again purchase any of their products. A company takes care of their customers, but not in this case. They wash their hands of any issues, once their products are sold.

Headquarters for Kubota in America. Modern building with high environmental standards. Great mix of Japanese and American, with equipment on show outside and some very peaceful water features about the place.
