I will say I almost gave completely up on this company. I thought it was absolute shit. That is until I spoke with Angelo Manzella, he is an amazing person that makes you realize what customer service is meant to be! Absolute perfection and customer service provided that everyone wishes they received from everywhere. Not only did he immediately call me once he received notification of my issue, he stayed professional kind courteous and went through so many options with me as how to repair the issue.
