I had a incredibly positive experience with Mr Ramirez, I was at the end if my rope and had been through two other companies that turned out to be a really bad experience, I can't expound because of legal reasons, but Mr Ramirez was 100% professional, punctual, meticulous, and went beyond his duties to get me a more than fair recovery from the insurance company. I would recommend his services to anyone and will definitely use his services in the future if needed.

Knowledgeable and fair—explained all fees up front, gave me a ton of free Information to hire an appraiser rather than an adjuster, and advised me NOT to use him or any other adjuster unless my losses were above a certain threshold, which would maximize the return on my investment in an adjuster. I'm not one to write google reviews, but I feel compelled to let everyone know about how amazing this company is. My family and I are beyond greatful for these guys. We had to deal with a very unfortunate situation where the responsible party completely washed their hands off of any responsibility, but these guys made it happen. They quickly came out to our home to assess the damage, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood our rights as homeowners and how the claim process worked. Lonnie was our direct point of contact and he was extremely professional and accomodating. He was communicative and never seemed to be bothered by the million questions I had, which is very rare with a lot of company these days. You can tell Eric and his guys take great pride in what they do. I truly can't imagine what would have happened have we not found this company to help out with our claim. They were able to triple the amount of money our insurance company was willing to give us, which we are forever thankful for.
