When in trucking business very few opportunities one find on encounter not only a kind person but an insurance company that backs up that agent with truly good intentions of not only provide a great service but truly dedicated to save you money. I’m not new in the trucking industry but recently I started a new venture, I requested 3 different agencies and the only one capable of giving me an alternative was Ler Insurance Agency and the outstanding dedication of Meilyn Rivero, she gave me for 5 days a daily update on what my application status was and never giving up until she was sure I was ok with the best alternative she had offered me. She had the support of Claudia her coordinator and I ended up having a reasonable quote from one of the biggest Insurance companies in the country, and there, is where the difference is made: what an Insurance company promises and what they really delivers. They were able to get me the deal no other agency could and that , my fellow truckers, is what we need in such hostile environment as is when we deal with Insurance companies.
