This is a SCAM!!!!!! First of all they denied me for their “healthy” plan multiple times even though I’m extremely healthy and don’t have any ongoing medical issues at all. I agreed to the more expensive plan anyways because I had already canceled my plan based off what they had SOLD to me that was completely INACCURATE! They didn’t pay for any of the preventative care appointments as they said they would a pre approved before I went and now I am left with thousands of dollars in medical bills. Now no one can tell me why that is and have said they’ll review the claims with zero changes. I’ve even been told I would get a call back from a manager who never called back. Keep getting pushed off to different numbers. DO NOT GO WITH A PLAN THROUGH THEM!
