** update I got the chance to speak to the owner himself and went through the details of my experience. I appreciate the clarification and the attention to get my concerns resolved** I've had issues getting my policy paid because of them not being able to find my mortgage loan. Then they made me call and do all the work for them and once I finally fixed everything to get my policy paid off end of year I acquired a late fee which I had to pay even though they did not help and I was in limbo for a month clearing up the payment issues.
