Absolutely unacceptable experience. And this is not the first time. The customer service I received from Synada was beyond rude — it was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, she spoke to me in a condescending tone and acted as though my issue was an inconvenience and tried belittling me with her tone of voice and making demands. She didn't care that she was chancing losing a long time customer by her behavior and was happy to cancel my policy. When I offered my card number to pay the policy, she hung up on me.
To make matters worse, when I asked for cooperates info, I was flat-out refused. She told me I could not speak to anyone else but her. Refusing to provide managerial contact details when a customer asks to escalate an issue shows a serious lack of transparency and accountability. This level of behavior is unacceptable for any business. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and given the opportunity to escalate legitimate concerns. Based on this experience alone, and it not being the first time- I cannot recommend this company and will be looking for a new auto insurance company with better customer service.

When I say nightmare, nightmare I had an uninsured motorist it me! Filed the claim back in February still fight to get my car fix the claim adjuster through Blue ridge Brittney truly does not care to do her job at all. Gave a low ball repair estimate check,Constantly having to follow up with her to make sure the dealership is getting the information they need to get the supplemental payment to fix my car. The dealership is telling that they either can’t get in touch with her or they submitted the I formation and then I had to follow up with her and blow her phone up until I get answer. This process with the insurance has been a mess. No one is worried about you having to foot a bill out of pocket for your rental, the insurance doesn’t work with anyone with in regards to car rental to get the contracted rate they said the would payout per day and it caps out at 750 but that’s not helpful if it taking forever in there part to make sure the repair shop gets everything they need to fix your car in the first place. 4/14 and still waiting paying for a rental while my car is still not fix and taken apart at the repair shop.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. Once they admit fault and issue a partial check for repairs (not even half of the estimate) they will simply not answer your calls or call you back. I have been dealing with this claim for MONTHS (will be a year soon) and I can not get a call back from anyone. My truck has been in the shop for weeks and they will also not respond to the shop performing repairs. A supplement has been submitted, yet they can not get a response from this sorry excuse of an insurance company. Here I am still, no truck, no rental, no communication, nothing.
Steer VERY FAR AWAY from this company!
