Lovestrong was extremely helpful especially since I was out of town and needed to take care of my Uncle passing. So easy to complete the paperwork and get everything prepared. When I returned I received emails once everything was completed. The staff was especially helpful and professional when I needed to call with questions. I recommend them highly and would use them again if needed. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant on the phone and in the office. We had an appointment with Shannon when we went in to purchase a cremation policy. She was very professional and had exceptional knowledge about the whole process. Shannon took the time to explain the entire cremation process clearly and let us know what was included and not included in the policy. Also, I suggest adding the travel policy if you do a lot of traveling.

I found Lovestrong through a Google search. I was able to do everything online which worked for my circumstances. Every person I have spoken to, either via telephone or in person has been wonderful. One of the things about the service they provide that was important to me was they handled everything. The people who came to receive my husband could not have been sweeter. So thoughtful and caring. The idea that my husband didn’t have to be brought somewhere else for the creamation was important to me as well. I was able to bring my husband home with in the week and they had the death certificates ready for me just a few short days later. This was a seamless thoughtful carry group of people who made a very difficult time much less stressful. I intend in the days ahead to prearrange my own final wishes with Love Strong. So that when I pass my children will have one less thing to worry about. An absolutely wonderful experience at a most trying time! Thank you to all who helped me.
