Very unprofessional business practice from the start to end. My wife called and a woman answered. She didn't identify herself or the business. She answered the phone as if it were a personal call. I was recommended by a client of theirs and so I went with my wife, after she spoke to the woman on the phone, to apply for an LLC. We were met by the owner. He stated he didn't have time and that the process would take too much time. So what the hell was he talking about? He could have told us to come back or wait a while. Very rude service. He turned us away. I do not recommend this business. We went to ATMB Services, Inc down the road on Westpark Drive and were assisted with no attitude or problem. In 15 minutes we were done. Oscar's Insurance Agency is not recommendable.

If you are a commercial driver then this agency is NOT for you. The people who work there WILL NOT care or prioritize your needs including Oscar himself. When you get a load and a COI is needed in order to get a load trust me you will lose that load (they could take 3 hours to get it done easy) because they don’t have a person who handles the certificates and don’t understand the urgency of the certificate. They will simply tell you they’ll get to it when they do. They should stick to auto insurance as they obviously can’t handle or understand the urgency of having the document requested issued within 15 to 30 minutes. No prometan lo que saben que no pueden cumplir cuando aceptan a un chofer comercial sabiendo lo que trae ser el agente de seguro de choferes de camiones solo por ganar más dinero. Eso no se hace.
