Since the day I called to get a quote Holly Beadle has been absolutely fantastic. I'm not sure if she ever goes home because no matter what time of day I call she is there answering the phone. Holly listens to me before responding to fully understand my problem and is an empathetic person to her core. I have always appreciated how detail oriented she is. Have you ever emailed someone several questions only to get one answer back in the response? It's really frustrating but Holly answers every single question, every time and communicates fully and effectively. Andi is great as well, she took time to meet with me when I first set up my policy. It was my first time paying for insurance after my parents kicked me off their policy and Andi and Holly both were very patient in answering all of my questions. Nothing is ever a problem when I call them which is awesome! I even gift hand written cards frequently.

The customer service here is Legendary! Andi Yesenia and Holly are really genuine and loving people. This was my first time buying insurance and Yesenia was soo sweet to work with. She was extremely patient answering all the million questions i had and made sure i am getting every possible discount. She and Holly followed up with the technical team when i couldn't access my account until they made sure i was happy. Andi is one of the best people i've ever met. She goes to lengths to make sure her clients feel welcome like family. She even stepped out of a birthday party on a weekend to help finish my application! She tries to setup a meeting to welcome her new clients, I went in on an evening thinking this is a formal welcome meet, but we both connected so well so soon that we ended up speaking for over an hour! She is a great human being. I wish i could give a hundred stars to this review. Andi, Yesenia and Holly, You guys deserve this! :-)
