From my recent experience with TS Insurance, be very wary of the undisclosed actions TS Insurance may take when you approach this company simply for a competitive insurance bid. I came to this company on Jan 10th for a home insurance quote only, and not to complete an application to purchase a insurance policy from them. However, the owner, Eva Rodriquez, issued a credit check on me to perform a competitive "quote" under the company name, DEG Investment Inc. which was infirmed to me on Jan 23rd when I received TDOI Use of Credit Information (Form CD-1) disclosures from several insurer's, Agricultural Workers Mutual Auto Insurance Company (in Texas) and MS Transverse Specialty Insurance Company (in New Jersey). The CD-1 disclosures imply these companies are permitted to use my personal credit information without my permission or knowledge. TS Insurance did not disclose they will require a credit check in order to provide me a quotation and failed to disclose they would expand my insurance interests to the auto insurance companies even though this was not requested by myself. I find this companies behavior unacceptable.
