The customers service at the call centers completely suck and nobody knows what is going on. How is it every time you call the customer service they never have a supervisor are they go call back and it's not a call back at all. Shouldn't have to call 3 times to get something handled that they sent a email on and the two guys I talked to one was rude the other one told me to hold on and hung up the phone with no call back and the lady I talked to took care of what I needed that they did not do
