I’ve been a customer for a few years, never had any issue but I’m giving this one star today because when I was going to drop some stuff off, I went in the gate when it was open, a younger lady with black hair sprinted to my car asking me to exit then come back using my code. Okay, fair, I get it. Then she questioned if I had a unit here and asked what unit number I was. A little discriminatory and belittling but whatever, I get it.
I’m in a rush and need to leave so I do it quickly and when I enter again she’s waiting for me, waves me down like a maniac, I roll down my window and she says slow down and laughs… like I can’t speed even if I wanted to I just made it into the gate. Then says the cops will come if I enter the way I did before which I just said alright to.
Her tone was overall very condescending and rude. My kids even commented on her rudeness.
I’ve spent thousands at this storage and will be looking for another storage asap.

Had a reservation through driver share and I was confused about the process so I went in to ask about how to open the back of the truck. Susan the owner was very rude to the point I couldn’t even speak and ask my question without her repeatedly saying “You just have to follow directions” in a rude and snappy tone. It took someone else who doesn’t even work there to give me instructions and he even came to get the lock for me. I’ve heard from other employees there that Susan is usually in a bad mood and can be like that to problem but I figured that customer interactions would at least be professional regardless. Won’t be coming here again. Addition*** No my personal life and the other employee has nothing to do with what happened today, getting a U-Haul in a convent location isn’t stalking because I’ve rented from your facility in the past before I knew either of you personally, and I’m not taking it out on the company because the review is about the owner specifically. You were in fact rude and that was that. The man that helped me did not work at your storage facility even if he is a U-Haul employee. Don’t twist my words because you cannot be professional and treat customers with respect if you are in a bad mood.
