I had a horrible experience just now with one of your agents. The entire conversation was about what I didn't know about insurance. Lady that's your job not mine, I just wanted a quote, but we couldn't get past her wanting to hear herself talk about what all she knows and most don't about insurance. Way to lose a customer right off the bat.

Worst travel insurance on earth it has been more than a month since i filled a claim . Nobody ever contacted me and i still haven’t received a response . Don’t bother calling them to safe your time . Avoid them at any cost .
