Bobby was a lifesaver! There are many rules with and options for Medicare. It can be a complex and confusing process to decide what is best. Bobby made it simple and easier for us to decide. He obviously is an expert on Medicare. He narrowed down the choices down to 3 options with a good explanation as to the differences in premiums, benefits and health care providers. He was patient and responsive in answering our questions - allowing us to make a decision with no apprehension. Once we made the decision, he explained all of the steps to us and followed up with us to make sure that each step was proceeding according to the plan.
