Avoid this company at all cost. They messed up my closing and had me paying an extra $5k in realtor fees. Had I not caught this personally, I would've been out the money. This also delayed my closing by 2 days. After speaking with Vanessa about this, she tried to blame it on me, saying I should've caught it sooner. No apology, just blaming me for not doing her job. The incompetence, mixed with the rudeness and not accepting responsibility for her mistakes is unacceptable. This was the first and the last time I will use this company. I should've looked at their reviews before agreeing to use them.

In my opinion... people should be wary of this title company...they have 3.5 star rating average for a reason... some of the hardworking employees do their best but the underwriters and C level employees will let your transactions fall through, then blame you and yours for it. Then THREATEN you with collections if you state your case. NOT good customer service at the top levels. Whoever is giving 5 star reviews must be getting some kind of special treatment. Once again this is my opinion from my personal experience and i don't want others to have the experience we had.

As a lender for 20 years i have had a lot of experience working with title companies. The closing for my client was handled well, closed and funded on time. I found the office welcoming and pleasant. Overall I had a good experience working with this title company and hope that I get to work with them again in the future.
