We opted to close with MBL Title due to the sellers granddaughter working for the company. The entire experience has been a nightmare. Title documents were not complete at time of closing, documents were missing, 30 days after closing they still have not remitted payment to inspectors. The escrow agent was extremely rude to our realtor, our lender, vendors, and to me via email. I have attempted to call and no one answers the phone. In fact, their main CEO has a voicemail set up that says he is not taking voicemails due to COVID. I would not recommend anyone using them.
