I have been using MC Agency for a few years for my home and auto insurance. I recently got an email saying my policies were renewing and my premiums were increasing - by a lot. They gave me a quote for from another company that was lower in cost but the coverage was horrible and basically doubled my deductibles for all major categories. I've been trying to get a hold of Wade my agent for two weeks now and he hasn't gotten back to me. I've tried emailing and calling - Nothing. I called his cell phone, and someone answered and said "oh whoops this isn't wade, I thought this phone was mine" and then hung up. Long story short, I had a feeling that this agency was ripping me off and didn't care about me as a customer and I was right. I reached out to a few different places that gave me quotes and I now have better coverage for HALF what I was paying before. My auto insurance specifically went down by thousands of dollars a year and I have better coverage. Do not trust this agency with your insurance needs. You'll end up paying thousands of dollars more and their customer service is awful.
