Disappointed in my service. I have been a client for 10 years. I called twice to request another quote on my homeowners insurance with no call back forcing me to find another agent.

Went to their website via Google search looking for homeowners insurance. Requested a quote through their website, waited several days, no response. Called during business hours and told them I had requested a quote, had to give lots of personal information and was told I would receive a call back. After waiting several more days without a call back and still no quote, I called again and was told again to wait for a call back from the person that does the quotes. So weeks later I’m still waiting……I guess they don’t want the business…..They have a lot of my personal information and I have nothing….Crooks & Liars !
