They have always been super helpful. I got a call when my debit card was compromised from the bank, not a card company. They put a stop on the card, credited the charges and issued a new card all in about 3 minutes over the phone. Personal loans, car loans and even a mortgage were easy and very quick. MCSB has been my bank since 1983, and will be as far into the future as I can see.

My debit card information was obtained and used illegally over the internet and Mills County State Bank did all that they could to refund my money, protect my account and personal information. I have always had good experiences when I’ve needed to take a loan, had to visit the lobby, or set up a savings account. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because, I would like my wonderful bank to modernize a bit more with things like Mobile Check Deposit. I live 25 miles from the nearest Mills Co Bank and every once in awhile, my place of employment sends me a paper check unexpectedly, times like those, it would be awesome to send a picture of it electronically by cell phone for deposit when I can’t break away from work to drive to and from, 50 miles.
