6 years later from my previous review....Dad got sick , i lost job....end up getting behind on payments.. Anthony Julian the VP of Collections is very arrogant ,very rude,unconcerned, but anyhow the car ended up being repossessed by the credit union in 2024...Fast forward to last week March 2026 , when I receive tollway fines of that car with my license plate of 2 years ago....I called the credit union for proof of resale, Anthony was rude this time as well, stating I received those forms 2 years ago. Well Anthony send them again, and now the police, the DMV and my lawyer are involved because this is fradulent activity on the Credit Unions' behalf... What and If the new owner has been in accidents or participating in criminal mischief while operating a vehicle still registered to me..I will never forgive the credit union for putting my freedom at risk

Erlinda Ramirez is awesome, she’s sweet kind and patient. She’s very professional knowledgeable and efficient. Our last encounter when I called in she calmed me down and went straight to work on my issue and settled it right away. I love Memorial Credit Union would recommend it to anyone.

I been with Memorial Credit Union since 1993 and still with them, they have been there for me since day one the first people who helped me was Ms Joy and Mr Anthony and from there I meet Ms Salina, Ms Erlinda and Ms Jackie I will cherish them forever and they’re still here for me ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
