I am one to never leave a review unless it is good, I wouldn’t want someone to do this to my business. However, you need to know facts before going to Kaliff. I sold my business of 23 years and started a new one, of which I required Workers compensation coverage. By a referral, I contacted one of their main representatives who began to process my needs. This process was in need asap, and he informed me it would take two week or so. After over three months of messages, emails and half stories, the end result is they never processed my monies (which they said they did) they sent my application to the state without payment (avoiding some financial risk on their end or so I was told) as they waited and waited for a response not knowing if they even needed my monies or not. I was left in limbo and risk both financially and legally with my clients. Although I found his mannerisms to always be so proper, NOTHING could have made me more disappointed than the barrage of ½ excuses and constant changing stories as to why the delay. I have now moved on with another firm who have informed me of not only other options I was not made aware of by Kaliff, but I can be binded and covered within just a few days.
