I would give 5 stars but I signed up online to go paperless and auto draft but it never showed up in their system according to them. It was auto drafted in September (the month I was involved in a car accident in Harlingen) however it was not drafted in October causing my policy to be cancelled. I bought Esurance 10/19/18 that day because I was permanently passing the original vehicle (a truck) to my husband. I was covered under the 20 days stated in their liability insurance policy but I was immediately found at fault even though only 1 officer spoke to me, to get my side of the story and to give me a ticket. Probably because they didn't want to pay the damage done to my vehicle by a former (2017) commanding officer that worked there at the police station on Fair Park Blvd. They are part of Dairyland Auto Insurance and will do anything to avoid paying claims.

I went in to Gallardo and they helped me right away. They were very professional and expedient. Very reasonable prices. 10/10 would recommend!

I work out of town so many payments I make are over the phone. They put me on hold many times and then hang up. Or they’ll say that they’re too busy and for me just to call them tomorrow. I say if you pick this company, don’t try to make an over the phone payment.
