Norma is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied, her customer service skills are exceptional. In the span of 3 years, insurance doubled (been keeping track). They have it so that one is charged $10 per computer transaction for each automatic payment. Just got tired of insurance going up at such a high rate each renewal for liability, which is basically just legal coverage (nothing). I had no accidents during the time period of coverage. Customer service is also touch and go, bad in Spanish and bad in English (with addition that it is hard to understand their accent). Found much better alternative, recommend you do the same.
