I have been completely satisfied with the great responsiveness, clarity, and helpfulness from everyone I have dealt with, and particularly Kianna, Heather, Yolanda, and Lance. Their on-line system really helps to follow and understand the process; and every document I emailed to them was uploaded almost immediately and always the same day. As this was my first property sale without using a broker, I had numerous questions. Having dealt with larger title companies in DFW, I was a bit blown away in that every question I had was promptly answered without ever having to wait on a call-back or being passed around to different people in the office. Most importantly, every action from their side was completed promptly which enabled me to close my property sale before the end of the year, even with a few days to spare.
