Thanks to Mid-coat Title Company and specifically Lynell, we had the worse buying experience. we were caught in a vicious cycle of incompetence, unprofessional behavior and amateur assumptions. they forgot we were supposed to close on the agreed date so we had to reschedule. on closing day, we headed to their office to finalize closing and sign documents, after our agent went in and spoke to them, our agent came out to talk to us. when we wanted to go back in they closed the door and looked at us through the window smiling. I have never in my life experienced something like this. (she had a hair appointment apparently) i understand no one is accountable for their work in the state of Texas which explains a lot but such behaviors is out of this world. if you want your closing to be the worse experience in your life, then please contact mid-coast title company to handle it for you.
