I've used this title company when selling 2 commercial properties and they were exceptional! Will use them again for another property transaction this year.

We love using local businesses when we can. Sadly learned the hard way that choosing this local company for our title work was a big mistake. Our awesome realtor had to HOUND them and they still made us close late! Horrible communication. They didn’t notify us that they needed an extension until 2 PM the day we were supposed to close.

Total scam artists! Charged $50 to retrieve a file which supposedly would take 2 days to bring out of storage after emailing reminders they finally got back to us on the 3rd day. Not only that but we requested via email the whole file not just the one piece of paper we originally requested over the phone. They had the whole file with them and returned it before giving us a copy of what was in it. When we asked for the file response was that it was returned anyway (they didn't even acknowledge the email sent 2 days prior to them "sending it back") and if we wanted it it would be another $50 charge. As I said SCAM ARTISTS!! Not only that but I hope the boss reads this as we even stated that we were prepared to use the company for title insurance if we had the $50 back (this was before finding out they had sent our file back prematurely). Business worth about $850 to them. To our surprise they said no. You actually said no to $800 worth of business? Obviously no business sense and a bad attitude on top of that.
